Who We Are
Boarding Capital was formally established in July 2016, and was born out of an idea - "Working as Boutique investment banks to drive high-quality investment, using high-quality investment to feed back boutique investment banking services". The company adheres to the core philosophy of "diligence, professional, value recognition, and value creation", and the core team consists of industry veterans who have worked in leading investment banks, private equity firm, law firms, and accounting firms. We mainly engage in private equity investments (specializing in M&A activities) and related financial advisory services, and provide customers with professional services that integrate investment, investment banking, and strategy consulting. We focus on digging the opportunities in information technology, healthcare, new energy and new materials area and promoting the growth of high-quality companies in China.
